The company manages its value chain with consideration for all stakeholder groups across economic, social, and environmental dimensions, in alignment with its sustainable business practices. All supply chain processes — including procurement, production, logistics, and supporting functions — are conducted under guidelines designed to create value and minimize negative impacts on all stakeholder groups.

Enhancing Innovation in 2025

Enhancing Innovation in 2025

In 2025, Selic received support for product research and development under the BOI investment promotion project at the Business Incubation Center, Thailand Science Park (under the supervision of NSTDA). We received consultation and product standard certification for commercial expansion.

This collaboration has enabled Selic to access essential knowledge and resources, including:

  • Infrastructure: Access to product analysis and testing services using modern equipment provided by NSTDA.
  • Personnel Development: Participating in seminars and exchanging knowledge with experts to enhance capabilities and continuously promote a culture of innovation within the organization.

Innovation Promotion Activities 2025

At Selic, we host an "Innovation Day" event every year to encourage employee participation in improving products, services, and work processes. The initiative focused on cost reduction, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability — with a particular emphasis on repurposing unused materials and components through reuse and upcycling.

Below are some of the projects that were submitted and won prizes and have been put to actual use at Selic.

Upcycling Old Wooden Pallets into Furniture

Upcycling Old Wooden Pallets into Furniture

Damaged or deteriorating wooden pallets are typically discarded as waste in large quantities. This initiative repurposes old pallets into functional items such as furniture, waste bins, and dustpans — at no additional cost. The finished pieces are put to practical use within the factory and distributed to employees to take home for everyday use.

Printer Consolidation Initiative

Printer Consolidation Initiative

With multiple printers in operation across the company, large volumes of non-biodegradable toner cartridge waste were being generated. The team proposed consolidating all printing to a single point and transitioning to a leased Xerox printer, with the vendor taking full responsibility for maintenance and cartridge replacement. This eliminated the need to purchase or dispose of cartridges in-house, reducing electricity consumption, landfill waste from used cartridges, and e-waste from old machines. The initiative resulted in a reduction of 4 toner cartridges, 3 drum units, and 2 belt units. Following the project's success, this approach has been formally adopted into standard operations, delivering ongoing reductions in process steps, time, waste, and energy consumption.

Responsible Marketing and Sales

The company adheres to the principle of selling and servicing with a Customer Centric approach, which is the core of its operations. The goal is to deliver products and services that effectively and efficiently meet customer needs, while ensuring that customers have a positive experience throughout every touchpoint with the company

Goal

  • Customer satisfaction survey results exceed 85%
  • Number of customer complaints equals zero

Action plans

The company has adopted MarTech (Marketing Technology) to manage customer relationships. The Seelink team consists of specialists who ensure that customers are confident in the products and can use them correctly. There is also post-sale follow-up to prevent issues that may cause production line stoppages. Additionally, technical training is provided to the customer's staff.

Supply Chain Management

Supplier Monitoring and Evaluation Program

To maintain a responsible and resilient supply chain, we conduct an annual supplier audit, selecting a sample of business partners for review each year. Our 2025 audit of seven partners reflects an overall healthy supply chain, with a 100% pass rate and an average score of 87 out of 100. The majority of partners achieved Grade B, with two reaching Grade A.

Quality management and store control were standout strengths, both averaging 97% across the sample. Environmental management, however, remains the area requiring the most attention, averaging 72% — reflecting limited ISO 14001 adoption and nascent ESG auditing practices at the supplier tier. This is a clear priority for our supplier development efforts going forward.
