Action plans
The Company adheres to the principles of transparent and honest business operations with strong corporate governance. The corporate governance policy is reviewed and improved at least once a year to ensure its completeness, relevance, and appropriateness to the current situation. The Company has established the 'Code of Good Corporate Governance' in accordance with the Corporate Governance Code to serve as a guideline for all directors, executives, and employees of the Company to acknowledge and adhere to in their operations.
Ethics
The Company has established a Business Code of Conduct as a guideline for good and appropriate behavior, ensuring that all directors, executives, and employees across all levels and departments consistently adhere to the same direction.
Management Guidelines
The Company has documented its Business Code of Conduct in writing, which is reviewed or updated at least once a year to ensure it remains modern, relevant, and appropriate to various circumstances. This ensures that the guidelines in practice serve as a factor in creating sustainable and stable success for the Company.

Anti-Corruption Policy and Guidelines
The Company has established anti-corruption policies and guidelines, communicated to all directors, executives, and employees at all levels, to raise awareness of ethical business conduct, ensure accountability, and prevent corruption in all business activities of the company group.
Communications and support activities The Company has established a Code of Business Ethics and disseminated it to all directors, executives, and employees to acknowledge and use as a guideline for conducting business with transparency, integrity, and responsibility towards stakeholders, while considering social and environmental impacts, ensuring everyone adheres to the established ethical framework.
