The company is committed to developing personnel with both quality and ethics through mandatory training courses to align all employees in the same direction. Development also includes knowledge competency and skill competency through on-the-job training (OJT) to enhance work-related knowledge and skills.

  • Training

    The company recognizes the importance of human resource development to enhance knowledge, skills, and work efficiency. An annual training plan has been established, including in-house training, product knowledge sessions, and sending employees to external training courses related to their work. In 2025, the company participated in the ESG Education program organized by the Stock Exchange of Thailand to enhance knowledge and understanding of ESG among employees at all levels, making it a mandatory training course for all staff.

    The company has a fair compensation policy for employees, including performance evaluation through Performance Planning & Review and organizational KPI assessment. Compensation reviews are conducted to retain and motivate employees, without any gender discrimination, and are carried out in compliance with relevant legal frameworks.

    The company also provides opportunities for employees to participate in improving welfare and organizing community-oriented activities. In 2023, a new committee was elected and appointed, consisting of seven welfare committee members, who meet quarterly to enhance employees' quality of work life and serve as a platform to hear employees' opinions.

    The company is committed to fostering employee engagement and promoting good relationships among personnel within the organization, leading to increased employee participation and a better working atmosphere, as well as joyful collaboration. To ensure transparency, communication channels and opportunities for employee involvement are provided, such as Town Hall meetings, video messages via email and company Line groups, and company bulletin boards.
