The company places great importance on protecting employees' rights and focuses on fair labor practices by using a transparent selection process. This ensures that employees are entitled to care in accordance with labor rights principles, including the protection of welfare, safety, and an appropriate working environment.
Furthermore, the company has conducted its "recruitment and selection" process fairly to align with applicants' qualifications and suitability, taking into account equality, reducing bias, and ensuring equal access to employment opportunities.
In the past year, the company carried out hiring and selection of new employees, particularly in employment processes involving target groups/affected labor groups. The company recognizes the importance of preserving labor rights and dignity, while also supporting the creation of stable and sustainable employment.

Comprehensive Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD : Human Right Due Diligence)
The company conducts a Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) assessment by identifying and prioritizing human rights risks across the entire value chain. This process is referenced against international frameworks, including the UDHR, UNGPs, and ILO, and is based on the 3 core principles: Protect, Respect, and Remedy. The HRDD is reviewed at least once a year, and the 2025 assessment results were approved by the Board of Directors in August 2025.
Human Rights Performance in 2025
The 2025 Annual HRDD Report has been approved by the Board of Directors. This year, there were no complaints or disputes regarding human rights, labor practices, or child labor exploitation.
The employee satisfaction survey regarding human rights ranged from 87.80% to 97.56%. The area identified for development is the working environment, for which the company has already established improvement measures covering lighting, cleanliness, safety, and actively listening to employee feedback.
The company continuously implements its human rights policy, including training, personal data protection, and setting a target of 0% workplace accidents within the organization.
